Learning how to relax very deeply is very good for us all generally, and extremely good for us during labour. Oxytocin levels, such an important hormone during and after birth, are much higher when we are relaxed. There are 8 tracks on these two recordings for relaxation, to include a breathing and colour technique, finding your safe place in your mind, and 3 guided scenarios to rehearse a relaxed and natural birth.
